            LumberGrid operates as an entirely self-contained, offline calculation utility. The application collects zero user data, stores zero user personal records, transmits zero network telemetry, and requests zero device hardware or system permissions.

This Privacy Policy applies strictly to the mobile software application LumberGrid: Framing & Rafters (Package Name: com.construction.lumber.framing.layout), published and operated under the Google Play Developer Console account TwinHorn Studio ("Data Controller", "We", "Us", or "Our").

2. Detailed Scope & Target Audience

The Application is designed as a professional job-site tool intended for general audiences, including framed construction workers, roofers, woodworkers, general contractors, and adult home-improvement enthusiasts. The Application does not intentionally target, collect, or store information from children under the age of 13 (or under the age of 16 in applicable European jurisdictions).

3. Comprehensive Google Play Data Safety Declarations

In accordance with Google Play's User Data Policy and Data Safety requirements, the table below provides an explicit, itemized disclosure of all data categories handled by the Application:

4. System Permissions Audit

LumberGrid requires zero manifest permissions from the host Android operating system. The application explicitly omits the following permissions:

android.permission.INTERNET: The app cannot establish remote web connections.
android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: The app does not query connectivity state.
android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: The app cannot access device files.
android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / COARSE_LOCATION: The app cannot access location hardware.
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID: The app does not access Google Advertising IDs.

5. Technical Execution & Volatile Memory Processing

All numerical values entered by the user (such as board dimensions, floor-to-floor vertical rise, roof pitch ratios, and stud spacing) are processed exclusively within the device’s volatile Random Access Memory (RAM). Numerical data is processed during active app execution and is permanently purged immediately upon closing or terminating the application task.

6. Third-Party Libraries, SDKs & Advertising Disclosures

The Application contains zero third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs). Specifically:

No Advertising Networks: The app contains no code from AdMob, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, or data brokers.
No Analytics Suites: The app contains no tracking code from Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, or Mixpanel.
No Remote Crash Reporting: The app contains no crash telemetry tools such as Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry.

7. International Data Protection Rights (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, CalOPPA, LGPD)

Under international privacy frameworks (including the European General Data Protection Regulation, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and California Online Privacy Protection Act):

Right to Know & Access: Users have the right to know what data is collected. We declare that zero data is collected.
Right to Delete: Users have the right to request deletion of personal data. Because zero data is stored or collected, no user data exists to delete.

LumberGrid strictly complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play’s Families Policy. The Application does not collect, request, or process personal data from children under any circumstances.

Part II — Terms of Use & End User License Agreement

1. Legal Acceptance

By installing, launching, or utilizing LumberGrid: Framing & Rafters, you enter into a legally binding agreement with TwinHorn Studio. If you do not accept all terms outlined herein, uninstall the software immediately.

2. License Grant

TwinHorn Studio grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and execute a single compiled binary copy of the Application on authorized Android devices solely for personal, non-commercial, or professional job-site construction planning.

3. Professional Construction & Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT NOTICE: LumberGrid is provided strictly as an initial mathematical layout reference tool. All mathematical outputs—including board feet conversions, stair riser dimensions, stringer angles, rafter pitch calculations, and stud material counts—are theoretical approximations based strictly on user-entered numerical inputs.

Outputs do not replace certified architectural blueprints, structural engineering stamp approvals, or formal building inspections.
The user assumes 100% responsibility for physically verifying dimensions with a physical tape measure before making cuts or applying adhesives.
TwinHorn Studio accepts zero responsibility for construction defects, structural non-compliance with local building codes, material waste, or financial losses incurred from relying on application calculations.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwinHorn Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Application.

5. Intellectual Property

All software source code, visual interfaces, compilation algorithms, design systems, and brand assets associated with LumberGrid are the exclusive property of TwinHorn Studio and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.

Part III — User Data Deletion Instructions

            Google Play Account & Data Deletion Compliance Declaration:
            Because LumberGrid requires no account registration, maintains no cloud databases, and collects zero personal data, there is no stored user data to delete.
        

To completely erase all active session metrics from your mobile device:

Open your device's active multitasking stack.
Swipe LumberGrid: Framing & Rafters off the screen to close the process.
(Optional) Uninstalling the app via Android Settings completely removes all binary files from local storage.

Part IV — Independent Technical Development & Console Separation Declaration

This Application has been architected, compiled, and deployed under an isolated technical service arrangement by App Launch Agency (an independent mobile software development service provider).

Users, regulatory bodies, and Google Play compliance auditors are explicitly notified of the following operational boundaries:

Independent Service Boundary: App Launch Agency acts solely as an external technical service contractor hired to assist with software compilation, quality assurance, and storefront deployment.
No Account Control or Ownership: App Launch Agency holds no ownership stake, legal partnership, corporate affiliation, or financial claim over the primary Google Play Developer Console owned exclusively by TwinHorn Studio.
Restricted Access Scope: Technical assistance is executed via restricted, sub-level team invitations. App Launch Agency maintains zero administrative authority, zero access to publisher financial accounts, and no control over the developer entity's corporate assets.
